Terms of Service
Extract from Terms and Conditions of Trading:
Orders over £300 carriage paid (England, Scotland, Wales).
Orders over £450 carriage paid (Ireland and Isle of Man).
Strictly Nett payment within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Damage and shortages must be notified within 21 days of delivery otherwise claims cannot be accepted.
All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT.
Interest will be charged at 2% above the Bank Lending Rate on overdue accounts.
Notwithstanding delivery, property of the Goods shall not pass from the Company until the Buyer has paid the price plus VAT.
The company shall not be liable for failure to deliver on any specific date.
